Nick Marocco has grown up surrounded by music. His earliest memories are rooted in digging through his father’s record collection and discovering incredible bands like Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, The Beatles and Kiss. An avid record collector himself, Nick has amassed a collection of over 5000 records covering everything from deep funk to death metal.
As the owner of Rock City Music Company , Nick has spent more than half of his life selling instruments, records and spreading the joy of rock n’ roll. Along with offering a wide variety of rock n’ roll goodies, Rock City Music Company has hosted over 60 in-store events with artists such as Geddy Lee (Rush), Alice Cooper, Butch Walker, Blackberry Smoke just to name a few.
Nick is also a professional drummer having gigged with The Strains, The Ruiners, Dangerous Pursuit and rockabilly legend Robert Gordon. He currently performs in “Un-Dressed to Kill”: An Unmasked Tribute to Kisstory, Denim & Leather and the iconic Twistin’ Tarantulas (since 2014)
